JHCP Personalized Care Specialist Position Summary :
Johns Hopkins Personalized Care is a subscription-based concierge medicine practice. This position is responsible for coordinating the care of patients, including, but not limited to, scheduling, registration, follow up care, prescription refills and responding to member requests for information.
Emphasis will be placed on the scheduling and registration of patient appointments including gathering all necessary patient information, updating EPIC, patient education and answering patient requests for information.
This position will manage relationships with patients and / or their designee and provide direct support for the Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers at the practices.
This position may also be responsible for billing services provided on behalf of patients enrolled in the Personalized Care practices

Work Schedule : FT, Day shift, 40 hrs / wk
